 • Digital signature service available • Coordinating envelopes are available for each design 
 • Envelopes can be customized with logo + address, or delivered blank

 BILLING • Orders above $5,000 may require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement 
 • Sales tax is only billable to products where the final destination is within the state of 
Colorado or if required from the vendor 
 • Payments made via credit card with invoice totals over $3,000 may be subject to a 5% processing fee 
 SHIPPING • Order early, establish your ideal delivery time frame and we will produce, hold and ship your order accordingly 
 • Don’t risk stock issues 
 • We will stock and hold product on your behalf until the necessary ship date, if needed 
 SHIPPING • Transit time is not included in production time 
 • Client will be billed for actual shipping costs 
 • dfine will accommodate any request for use of client/3rd party UPS/ FEDEX
