AIRLINE INFORMATION
Travel Documents
All passengers traveling by air are required to present a valid U.S.
government issued photo ID (such as drivers’ license or passport) when
checking-in for their flight. We recommend you arrive at the airport at least
two hours before your flight departure due to increased security.
Ground Transportation
You will be responsible for your own transportation between the airport and
hotel. You can expect to pay approximately $16 for a taxi fromMcCarran
International Airport to the Aria Hotel. Make sure to tell your taxi driver to
avoid the interstate to ensure the most cost efficient ride.

Parking
If you are driving toThe ARIA and parking as a registered guest the hotel
has complimentary self-parking and valet parking at $25.00 per day.
Your parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same
parking type (self or valet) across all MGM resorts destinations (subject to
availability). Use your room key to access all parking facilities. Parking may
be conveniently charged to your room bill.
Weather
The average temperature in Las Vegas in November during the day is
67°F/19°C and the evening temperatures average 43°F/6°C.
Business casual attire is appropriate during the business meetings and
Welcome Reception. Business casual and fashionable attire is suggested for
the Partner Appreciation Party.
Please keep in mind temperatures in the meeting rooms can fluctuate, it is
recommended that you bring a light jacket, sweater or wrap.
