from the registration desk.

App Download Instructions
The CDWPartner Summit Event mobile application will be available on the
following platforms: IPhone, IPad, Android and MobileWeb.
STEP 1: Download the App
Via Email Invitation:
From: Partner Summit
Sent: October 25, 2017
Subject: “CDWPartner Summit – App Download”
• From the email invite sent to you via CrowdCompass, select the option
to ‘Download the App’ – this will take you to the app store where you can
download the app onto your mobile device.
Via Search in App Store:
• If you cannot find the email that was sent to you, enter your application
store on your mobile device and search “CrowdCompass AttendeeHub”.
It is free to download.
STEP 2: Find Your Event
• Once the app has been downloaded, open the AttendeeHub app and
search ‘CDWPartner Summit 2017’.
• Tap the name of your event to open it and enter password ‘cdwps17’.
STEP 3: Verify Account
Via Email Invitation:
• Once the app has been downloaded return to your email invite and select
the option to ‘Verify Account’.
• Next, click ‘Open App’ to complete the verification.
Login Straight fromApp:
• Go to the Main Menu tab in the top left corner and click ‘Log-In’.
• Username will be your FIRST and LAST name (the way you entered it
during registration).
• Click ‘Next’ and enter an email address where you’d like your verification
email sent – this will send you a new email with the verification code you
need to enter in the next section.
• Once the 4 digit confirmation code is properly entered into this field on
the app – click ‘Verify’.
