EVENT NAME BADGE
AND BRACELET
Please note that you and your guests will receive a
name badge at event check-in. We kindly ask that
you wear these to all events. Additionally, all guests
will receive a bracelet that identifies you as a member
of the Comcast Spotlight President’s Club. We ask that
you keep this bracelet on for the duration of the event
to assist the hotel and President’s Club Planning team
with easy identification.
WEATHER AND ATTIRE
Southern California is widely known for its year around
pleasant weather. The region is characteristically dry
and mild. For the coastal region where Terranea is
located, guests can experience daytime temperatures
in the mid 70’s and evenings can dip into the low 60’s.
A jacket or sweater is recommended for outside evening activities. During the daytime, resort
casual attire is appropriate. For up to date information, we do suggest checking the local forecast
at least 24 hours prior to departure.
PROGRAM INCLUSIONS
As a Sponsor attendee, the trip includes your pre-arranged accommodations at the Terranea
Resort according to your sponsorship package, evening events as indicated in the agenda,
participation in the Sponsor Lounge, luggage handling on property, housekeeping and staff
gratuities, airport transfers for the dates of the event and all taxes associated with the event.
PERSONAL EXPENSES
You are responsible for any additional charges you may incur. These include but are not limited
to laundry service, minibar charges, or personal bar bills. Please settle your account balance with
the resort prior to departure.
