11 10 Activities When you check in to the President’s Club Hospitality desk you will receive your activity confirmation along with any pertinent details. A few reminders: • All activities will take place on Saturday, April 21. • Please meet in the hotel lobby and be ready to depart for your activity at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure. All activities will leave from the Barrone Street Lobby, First Floor. • If you are participating in the Swamp Tour, please be sure to wear appropriate footwear, sunscreen, and remember you could get wet! • If you selected the Cemetery & Voodoo Tour, we recommend you wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen.
