5 4 Wednesday, April 18 ALL DAY- ARRIVAL DAY DAYTIME ATTIRE : Casual/Travel Wear EVENING ATTIRE : Resort Casual All Day- Flight arrivals at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Upon arrival to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, you will proceed to the baggage claim area where you will collect your luggage. Please look for our airport greeters with the Comcast Spotlight President’s Club signage. Our greeters will escort you to waiting transportation. In the event you are not checking luggage, you will still need to proceed to baggage claim to meet the transportation greeter. The transfer time to The Roosevelt is approximately 20 minutes. Transportation is arranged for everyone arriving on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 and for those departing on Sunday, April 22, 2018. If you decide to travel on different dates, your ground travel arrangements will be your responsibility. Round-trip transportation is offered between Louis Armstrong New Orleans International airport and The Roosevelt Hotel only. Upon arrival at the hotel, please check in at the hotel front desk. Please note hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. Once you have checked in for your hotel room, please proceed at your leisure to the Blue Room, located on the First Floor, where you will check in with the Comcast Spotlight President’s Club Hospitality Desk.
