50 SIMPLE SYRUP PRE – MIX 2 ❖ CCP: Wash hands & (Wear Gloves where required) 1 QUART 1 GALLON CUSTOM INGREDIENT 21 fl oz 5 lb 4 oz Sugar 21 fl oz 5 lb 4 oz Water 1. Place all ingredients in a small wide bottomed pot. 2. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. 3. Allow to cool to room temperature. Transfer to appropriate container. 4. Cover, label, date and refrigerate. NOTE: Never leave syrups, purees or garnish fruit unrefrigerated.
