86 BATCHED COCKTAILS BATCHED 1b FILLING 1. Hard label 750ml Green Bordeax bottles with the name of the cocktail and the recipe as in picture below. 2. Set your pars by labeling enough bottles for twice your busiest service. Bottles are hard labeled as they now work as fixed pars. You simply fill up every empty bottle before service to return to par. Hard labels are not removed. Replace when damaged. 3. Cap each bottle with a reusable Plastic Tasting Cork. 4. Organize Batched Bottles in the bar cooler. WASHING 1. Clean the outside of the bottle immediately after use by running the bottle through the glasswasher behind the bar. 2. Fill the top of the bottle rinser with fresh sanitizer water 3X daily. 3. Clean the batched bottle by flipping it upside down and rinsing the inside with 3 pumps. 4. Soak Bottle Brush in an insert filled with sanitizer water.
