How do I schedule a session?
Go to the link under CONTACT and it will direct you to a calendar with openings for your complimentary consultation. If there is a time you need outside of the times offered, you can call the studio at 720-443-1163 and we will set up a convenient time for you. Sessions are scheduled after the initial consultation. Personal Branding Sessions may be booked with a phone consultation instead of an in-person consultation.
What is a consultation?
It is a ½ hr to 45 minute meeting at my studio giving both of us the chance to get to know one another and look over session options and pricing. Getting to know you through the consultation allows me to bring your vision to light (or help us to create a vision together).
What is stylist/wardrobe review?
This is one of the most important aspects of planning your photo session. We will go through all the options of clothing for the shoot and I will make suggestions ensuring that all clothing is flattering and really is in line with our vision for the photo shoot.
Do you provide or recommend hair and make up professionals?
I highly recommend hair and make up for EVERY photo session. I have incredibly talented hair and make up artists that I can refer you to who are very reasonably priced. For some sessions, hair and make up is included at no additional charge.
I don't know how to pose, will you help me?
Absolutely! I give you super easy-to-follow instructions and coach you from your facial expressions down to the placement of your hands. That is part of my job as a professional photographer with 15 years experience.
What is the cost?
The session prices vary due to time and location and start at $275. Please check out my pricing page for additional information.
How long does it take for the finished product to be ready after my session?
Your finished artwork will be available for pick up 1-4 weeks after your Photo Reveal depending upon what you ordered. (Custom designed albums take 4 weeks). If you need it sooner, we can deliver it to you faster with a $100 rush fee.
What happens if we have bad weather on the day of the scheduled portrait session?
If it is scheduled outdoors, we will reschedule for a date as close as possible to your original date. We are constantly on top of weather and will have you cancel hair and make up if we see more than a 50% chance of inclement weather.
Where do sessions take place?
Part of the consultation is discovering what backdrops fit you best for your personality and your vision for the photo session. We will discover if you are looking for a Vanity Fair styled photo session in the studio, or if you love the urban look of downtown Denver, or you want a more natural backdrop of mountains, water, tall grass or flowers. The options are endless and I have all the unique locations you could ask for!
What form of payment do you accept and do you accept payment plans?
Cash, check and credit cards. We offer really easy payment plans up to one year at no additional cost!
