BUYING GUIDE

BILLING
• All orders will be billed through the GSX billing system unless otherwise
noted on net 30 terms
• Orders above $5,000 may require a 50% deposit at the time of
order placement
• Sales tax is only billable to products where the final destination is within the
state of
Colorado or if required from the vendor
• Payments made via credit card with invoice totals over $3,000 may be subject
to a 5%
processing fee
SHIPPING
• Order early, establish your ideal delivery time frame and we will produce,
hold and ship your order accordingly
• Don’t risk stock issues
• We will stock and hold product on your behalf until the necessary ship date, if
needed
• Shipping
• Transit time is not included in production time
• Client will be billed for actual shipping costs
• dfine will accommodate any request for use of client/3rd party
UPS/ FEDEX
account
• Freight equalization available on certain products
• Freight quotes are available at any time throughout the order process
• Actual shipping charges may differ due to rate fluctuation
FULFILLMENT + DISTRIBUTION
• dfine is happy to accommodate any fulfillment, distribution and direct drop
shipment requests
