While out on a call, I force myself to make a
couple additional cold calls. Towards the end
of the day, making additional calls and always
asking for referrals. Act more as a partner than a
salesperson. Know more about my clients than
just their business lives. Think of creative ways
to help cross-promote clients businesses.
